As the Executive Director of Reset180, Esther is leading our efforts to combat human trafficking through survivor-centered programs, disruption, advocacy, and community engagement. With nearly two decades in the anti-trafficking field, including 17 years at International Justice Mission, Esther has supported thousands of survivors through trauma-informed care, justice collaboration, and policy advocacy. She brings deep expertise, compassion, and vision to Restore dignity and hope to those impacted by trafficking.

You’ll also hear from survivors, local detectives, and community leaders who are working together to prevent trafficking and restore hope.
